The problem

There’s a lot of good secondhand furniture out there. Furnishing a whole room with it is the hard part.

• You can’t tell if a piece will fit. A listing gives you a size, if you’re lucky. The rest is a tape measure and a guess.
• You can’t see how it will look together. The pieces come from different sellers, in different photos, and you have to picture the room in your head.
• You do it one piece at a time. A sofa here and a table there, each with its own conversation and its own delivery.

So buying everything new often feels like the only sensible choice, even when you’d rather not.

What we’re building

An app that starts with your room.

1. Scan your room with your phone, or upload a floor plan. Every wall is measured.
2. Describe the look. The AI plans the room with secondhand pieces, each shown at its true size.
3. See it in 3D before you ask for anything.
4. Send one request for the whole room. Each shop confirms its pieces before anything moves.

What we believe

Secondhand should be the first place you look, not the last resort. Our line says it in three words: Secondhand. First choice.

Where we are

Furniture Lab is being tested now. When it opens, it will cover Dubai and Abu Dhabi first. We also publish guides on furnishing a home, whether you end up using the app or not.
